De groep die ze hebben samengesteld, helpt bedrijven om een beter inzicht te krijgen in de generatie van de toekomst. \u201cVoor ons is het essentieel om een zo breed mogelijk panel samen te stellen,\u201d zegt Cindy van Ratingen, CEO van Fritel. \u201cDaarom werkten we samen met VKW Limburg en UCLL om een mix te cre\u00ebren van kotstudenten, student-ondernemers, young graduates, young potentials en jongeren met verschillende achtergronden en levensstijlen. Om het plaatje compleet te maken, voegden we zelfs twee tieners (15 en 13 jaar) toe aan de groep.
